DIP Consulting accepts the following payment methods:

• ACH Bank Transfers (Preferred)
• Zelle (to pay@damarisiperez.com)
• Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards – subject to processing fees)
• Checks (Payable to: Damaris I. Perez LLC)

💡 ACH andpay@damarisiperez.coee-free and preferred for all consulting engagements.

• Invoices are issued upon engagement or project milestone completion.
• Payment is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge on the outstanding balance.

For clients on monthly retainers or recurring services:

• Payments are auto-billed on the 1st of each month.
• A 5-day grace period is provided before services are paused for non-payment.

• DIP Consulting does not offer refunds for time-based services already rendered.
• Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the invoice date.
